About the partnership with Marjan van Aubel studio

For The Netherlands Pavilion in Dubai, Marjan van Aubel Studio has created a new solar experience, using the solar panels of the future. The solar roof is made from lightweight, transparent solar cells, produced with a limited environmental footprint.

The colored organic photovoltaic film, is made of solar cells printed on thin foils. The solar roof not only provides power for the pavilion, it also allows the right spectrum of sunlight through for the plants.
